A Love Affair with Food: Exploring the Irresistible Flavours of Corinthians Pune

Keeping to our Saturday ritual, my friends and I got ready for a gastronomy ride in the city. As a food lover, I keep scrolling through blogs to look for the best restaurants in Pune to try out the city’s flavors. This time, what caught my eye was the Greco-Egyptian-style brewery at The Corinthians Resort & Club- The 1st Brewhouse.

Later in the afternoon, we all gathered and drove together to The Corinthians Resort and Club. From the moment, I walked into the resort’s restaurants, I was greeted with the tantalising aromas of freshly brewed beer. A wonderful atmosphere, wooden interiors, and a fine collection of tracks on the playlist make it the best beer bar in Pune. We ordered their best-selling Apple Cider Beer along with masala peanuts to start. I was utterly awe-struck when I took a sip of the beer. This beverage wholly makes me order Fish fingers, Murg Malai tikka and caesar salad. Trust me when I say both dishes were incredibly delicious. The chicken tikka was so flavorful and tender that it practically melted in my mouth.

The fine collection of tracks on the playlist makes the place among the best place chill-out destination in Pune. What I loved most about the cuisine at Corinthians Pune was the use of fresh and locally sourced ingredients, which gave the dishes a depth of flavour and complexity that was truly impressive. The chefs were passionate about their craft and took great care in preparing each dish perfectly.

Overall, my experience with the cuisine at Corinthians Pune was one that I will never forget. The flavors and aromas of the freshly brewed beer were simply irresistible, and the skill and passion of the chefs were evident in every dish.
